Spent some of my Ikea gift card from my students today...new pillows, dishes, door mats, and supper (frozen meatballs, potatoes, gravy, and lingonberry sauce) and cinnamon buns for tomorrow's breakfast.

That time I realized I was out of almond milk and onions and made a "quick" stop at the store on the Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday and this was the short line!

Kezia has been following this bakery on instagram and we decided that for her birthday that we would splurge and get her these specialty cupcakes. I also picked up some macaroons and it was a good thing I preordered them because when I arrived to pick up the cupcakes, the display case had no macaroons left.

Today I wore my new lanyard holder that Conrad bought from Etsy after I put it on my Christmas wish list. (I'm looking forward to using my new journalling bible that was also on my wish list. I bought with a gift card from a student and it arrived in the mail today.)

Gas is 83.4 cents a litre! I know the tank was not quite empty but I'm sure it's been awhile since we could fill it up for $50....not that I really ever fill up but I'm sure it's been awhile! ;)
